The service

FLUX Monitoring provides free checks, incident records, notifications, public status pages, and related tools. Available features, account capacity, retention periods, and supported destinations may change as the service develops or to protect platform stability.

The monitoring platform is independent from paid FLUX hosting products. Using the free service does not require a hosting purchase, and purchasing hosting does not create a separate entitlement to the monitoring service beyond the account limits shown in your dashboard.

Accounts and access

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
  • Protect your password, recovery methods, API tokens, webhook secrets, and active sessions.
  • Use one account per person and grant team access through the workspace controls instead of sharing credentials.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an account or token has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure under our control.

Authorized monitoring

You may monitor only websites, services, domains, ports, and scheduled tasks that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate interval and request configuration for the destination.

The shortest supported interval is one minute. The service may pause checks, limit traffic, or require an allowlist change when a destination repeatedly blocks requests or when continued traffic could cause harm.

Your settings and content

You keep responsibility for monitor names, destinations, request bodies, incident notes, attachments, status-page content, and notification recipients that you add. You grant FLUX Monitoring the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service.

Do not submit secrets in public fields or content that infringes another person’s rights. Public status pages are intentionally visible according to the access settings you choose.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FLUX Monitoring reliable, but the service is provided without a guaranteed service level and may experience maintenance, interruptions, delayed checks, provider failures, or data loss. Monitoring should support—not replace—your own operational safeguards, backups, and incident response.

We may add, change, limit, or retire features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service quality, or sustainable operation. When practical, material changes will be announced in advance.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when an account creates a security risk, violates these terms or the acceptable-use policy, harms another service, exceeds limits, or interferes with platform operation. Immediate action may be taken when delay would increase harm.

You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account closure through the official FLUX contact channel. We may retain limited information after closure where reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and protected backup rotation.

Third-party services

Email, messaging, webhook, DNS, domain-registration, and other external services remain subject to their own terms and availability. FLUX Monitoring is not responsible for changes or failures within a third-party service that it does not control.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FLUX Monitoring is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that every outage will be detected, every alert will arrive, or every result will be error-free. Some legal rights cannot be excluded and remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FLUXCDN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the free monitoring service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law allows.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current date is shown at the top of this page. If a material change affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account email.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the official FLUX contact page.
